The family and I were on our way down I-95 with our travel trailer on easter weekend. When we got to our camp ground I noticed we had a broken leaf spring on the rear axle. After many failed calls to all the area mobile rv repair techs and rv dealer service departments we found Mr. PHIL WATSON at ELITE CAR CARE. I was a little skeptical at first not being from the area but after a few minutes on the phone I knew I had found a real mechanic with a good heart. He told me where I could find the parts and set aside his busy schedule to fit us in and get our trailer home. From the minute I arrived at his shop I was impressed with the meticulous attention to detail and how clean the shop was. It has plenty of room out front for the bigger cars and trailers. Great service and very fair price. But most important to me, an honest man with a good heart. While I was there every other customer told me they come to him for his honesty and integrity.

I brought my Jeep in for needed service. I was kept informed on a daily basis of the progress of the job and I was given choices and options on how to move forward. Phil, who I dealt with was friendly and polite and provided great customer service.

Phil is a very nice guy. Took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and the pros and cons of each buying option. Definitely recommend!

Phil is great and easy to work with. Took care of a number of issues I was having with my vehicle and got it back to me on the day he said he would. Would recommend giving this place a try, it's under new ownership and things seem to be different now! I will be returning.

Elite Auto Care fills a need for the Waverly Woods Community. Great alternative to dealers and Route 40 shops. Very clean and modern. Phil is friendly and experienced in all types of auto repair. I found him very knowledgeable in JEEP/Chrysler/Dodge which is sometimes hard to find. Quality parts used with very fair labor time/rates. THANKS
