Initially I came in for an oil change and didn't think too much about getting any service done. Phil checked out my breaks along with some other things and told me about the issues I could run into and suggested some services that would need to be done. He wasn't pushy about it and said it's one of those things that should be done either now or eventually down the road if I want to keep my Grand Cherokee for the long haul. Instead of doing the oil change at that time, he told me to bring it back in a few days to do the service and he'd do the oil change then. I appreciate Phil's honesty and that he was able to have my car done the same done. He's upfront with the costs and even gave me a military discount. I'll gladly be going back to him in the future.

Best way to describe Phil and his team: highly professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and very personable! Phil detailed the causes of the leak (sunroof issue), laid out an easy and comprehensive repair process and the problem was solved! Phil was very knowledgeable and professional in helping with my Mazda. He explained everything he would do to check for the issue and kept me updated on the progress.

Phil is an automotive genius, and an upright guy. We needed new brakes in a hurry for our Hyundai Tucson. Scheduled online, and he made it happen faster than I would have thought possible, at a very reasonable price. Any dealer would have taken much longer and probably charged more. Hopefully Phil can keep beating those dealer prices, and we are happy to keep him busy with four cars in our family!

Phil is great - very personable and knowledgeable. I came in with my check engine light on, about an hour from home. Phil explained that while he didn’t have the part in stock, he would order it and have the vehicle ready the next day. He was very communicative and upfront about the cost, and I truly believe he charged fairly and honestly, even though he easily could’ve taken advantage of the urgency of my situation - I had a big trip coming up the following week. Phil is straightforward, honest, and stands by his work. Highly recommend!
