Phil was excellent. He is personable, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. Quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it shortly thereafter. Perhaps the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a car repair shop. I highly recommend and will definitely use Phil again.

I have a 2012 Subaru Forster, and Elite did the maintenance for the transmission, both differentials, cooling system and the fuel injection. I will be bringing other vehicles for maintenance.

Phil is very honest and provide the very professional service at the pretty reasonable service. I took the wheel alignment service today and he gave me 5% discount which I didn't expect. The price is about $90, pretty reasonable, lower than others. Totally different from the previous owner and I'm very happy to have the best auto care service locally.
