Phil does a great job handling a variety of repairs in which I've brought him. He maintains a very clean shop and provides sound unbiased advice, very pleased to have him in the local area. We drive unique vehicles typically requiring dealership involvement and he has been able to help us avoid those costly visits. Highly recommend!

Phil, you knocked it out of the park again. My Highlander drives great! It now handles terrifically, the brakes stop the car without the slightest vibration, and engine the throttle response is super. All thanks to your correction of a host of problems. I'll definitely see you for my next service!

Phil, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I was traveling through on my way home (3 hours away) when I suddenly heard a grinding noise. Someone local recommended I stop at Elite and I was not disappointed. Phil was so kind and took my car in to check it out immediately. My car went in... And 10 minutes later Phil comes out holding a dang ROCK!! A rock was lodged in my brakes!! When I asked what I owed him, he said whatever I thought was fair. Considering if I had called AAA or taken it anywhere else, I would have been charged out the butt. Phil, you deserved that tip. Thank you so much for helping me out. I am now home safe and sound, anxiety free lol!
